Television is the smallest medium of acting. The basic reason is its limited audience rather than theatre and film. But it is seen as major in Karachi city because the majority of middle class public who is connected to the world by Television. There are various channels in the country which create TV dramas for public. The golden era of Television is the old times of PTV in which many quality dramas were produced. Some of the popular examples are Dhoop Kinaarey, Aahat, Najaat, Aangan Terha, Chaand Girhan, Kashkol and many more.
Nowadays, the quality of dramas is not so much good but still some channels are producing good stuff such as Humsafar, Pyarey Afzal, etc. But still there are many important missing factors in our dramas today such as story, screenplay, direction and the most important, "actors". So we need to refine our drama industry and need to bring back the quality of this small screen like past. That's why I give Television the least priority to work than theatre and film. Given below are my television drama performances:
